Geisinger Sports Medicine sponsors the River Towns Race Series, which hosts a variety of races from running to biking and 5Ks to marathons, spanning the spring, summer and fall seasons. These races can be found in various locations in Central Pennsylvania from Wyalusing, Lewisburg, Shamokin and many more.
